Located in the heart of the Upper East Side, this 3-bedroom apartment renovation uses a minimalist, white color palette to contrast the dark-stained oak flooring. The existing apartment had drop-ceilings, which were removed to reveal the building structure and beams punctuating the ceiling. By converting the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a single, open-plan space, the apartment now maximizes natural light and provides a brighter, more unified environment.
